By downloading, installing, or using the Baby Hub mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Baby Hub is a mobile application designed to help parents track and monitor various aspects of their baby's care, including but not limited to:

  • Feeding schedules and amounts
  • Sleep patterns and duration
  • Growth measurements (weight, height, head circumference)
  • Sleep sounds and white noise functionality
  • Personal recording capabilities for soothing sounds

3. Offline Functionality

Baby Hub operates entirely offline on your device. All data entered into the App is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to external servers or cloud services.

4. Data Storage and Privacy

All information and data you enter into Baby Hub remains on your device. We do not collect, store, or have access to any personal information or baby care data you input into the App.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your device
  • Backing up your data if desired
  • Using the App in accordance with these Terms
  • Ensuring the accuracy of information you enter

6. Medical Disclaimer

Baby Hub is designed for tracking and informational purposes only. It is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns about your baby.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete all data stored in the App at any time using the built-in data deletion feature. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Baby Hub and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Baby Hub and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

10. App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and conditions of the app store from which you downloaded the App (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, etc.).

11. Updates and Modifications

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. These Terms remain in effect until terminated.
